Refunds or Exchanges are not Allowed. Please ensure you have reviewed your order prior to completing.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Missing Item(s)
If an item or items are missing from your order, you must report those within 5 business days of receiving your order, and we will ensure that all measures are taken to replace the item(s). Any missing items reported after 5 days will not be honoured. Please be sure to check your entire order before emailing us, because only 1 incident will be accepted per sales order (SO). No exceptions.
